Working Process

• Pulping: The raw materials such as wood pulp, straw pulp or recycled pulp are mixed with water to form a pulp slurry, which is then refined and processed to make the fiber meet the requirements of papermaking.
• Forming: The pulp slurry is sprayed onto the forming wire through the headbox at a certain speed and flow rate. The water in the pulp is drained through the forming wire under the action of gravity and vacuum, and the fibers are intertwined to form a wet paper web.
• Pressing: The wet paper web is sent to the press section, where it is squeezed by the press rolls to remove more water and improve the density and strength of the paper.
• Drying: The pressed paper web is sent to the drying section. In the DCT, it is dried by a Yankee dryer; in the TAD, it is dried by hot air penetrating through the paper web. After drying, the moisture content of the paper is reduced to the required level.
• Creping: For the dry crepe Toilet Paper Machine, the dried paper web is creped on the surface of the Yankee dryer to make the paper have good softness and flexibility.
• Rolling: The creped paper is rolled up by the winder to form a paper roll.
• Cutting and Packaging: The paper roll is sent to the cutting machine and cut into the required size and shape, and then packaged for storage and transportation.
