Structure


  • D-type Tank: The D-shaped tank of the D-type Hydrapulper is made of welded steel plates. This unique shape is designed to change the form of the vortex in the pulping process, which is beneficial for the uniform distribution of the pulp and the improvement of the pulping effect.
  • Rotor Assembly: The rotor device is located above the bottom plane of the pulper tank. When it rotates at a high speed, it can form a low-pressure flow area around it, which is convenient for collecting heavy impurities and facilitating the separation of impurities from the pulp.
  • Drive Mechanism: It usually consists of a motor, a speed reducer and a coupling. The drive mechanism transmits the power of the motor to the rotor accurately, enabling the rotor to rotate at an appropriate speed and providing the necessary power for the pulping process.
  • Deflector: The deflector is located at the bottom of the inner cone. Its function is to guide the pulp to flow back and form a circulation, which can enhance the mixing and pulping effect of the pulp and improve the quality and efficiency of pulping.

Working Principle


  • Turbulence Intensification: The D-type Hydrapulper changes the way of pulp flow. When the rotor rotates, it generates a strong turbulent flow in the tank. This turbulent flow can quickly immerse the paper bales below the liquid level and increase the contact frequency between the waste paper and the rotor, thus accelerating the separation of fibers.
  • Low-pressure Area Formation: Due to the fact that the rotor and the pulp outlet plate are higher than the bottom plane of the tank, a low-pressure area is formed around the rotor. Under the action of pressure difference, coarse impurities will flow to the heavy slag outlet, realizing the automatic removal of impurities.
  • Hydraulic Circulation: The special design of the D-type Hydrapulper enhances the hydraulic circulation in the tank. The circulating water flow continuously impacts and shears the fibrous materials, which is conducive to the dissociation of fibers and makes the pulp more uniform.
